1. Prepare your paper
Paper format: Submitted papers must be formatted according to the ACM conference proceedings format. Only PDF files will be accepted. We encourage two types of submissions as indicated below:
- Full papers: must not exceed 10 pages.
- Short papers: minimum of 4 pages, maximum of 6 pages. (Recommended for work-in-progress or with less contribution.)
Please note that the camera-ready version will conform to the same guidelines as the submission for review.
Papers submitted to SIMUTools 2017 must not have been previously published and must not be under review for publication in any other venue. If a submission extends work described in a previous publication of their own, we strongly encourage authors to include a citation to that publication.
Every paper will be peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers. Papers will be assessed based on originality, correctness, relevance, and quality of writing. In exceptional circumstances (such as papers evidently out of scope) may not receive full-length reviews and may be rejected summarily. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and present the work in person at the conference.

Please prepare your paper using the 2-column format. View the ACM guidelines and templates here, and please read the below instructions.
Please be sure to use the correct Category and Subject Descriptor in your paper. See the above guidelines for instructions and visit http://www.acm.org/about/class/2012 for more information.
For invited papers, please add the line "(Invited Paper)" after the title of your paper.
Your paper must be submitted in PDF format. A PDF creator can be downloaded for Windows here.
Failure to meet the formatting guidelines set by ACM, could result in your paper not being included in the ACM Digital Library.
Please note that you will see this box at the bottom of the first page. This must remain in this location on your paper ie. at the bottom of the left column. This is the ACM copyright and document/conference identification.
2. Upload the paper in EasyChair
All papers (full and short) must be submitted using the EasyChair submission system. Please follow this link to enter your submission.
If you don't have an EasyChair account, that link will allow you to create one. Please register your paper by the abstract submission deadline. You can continue to update your paper until the paper submission deadline.
Note that papers are accepted only in PDF format.

3. Register for the Conference
Accepted papers and posters must be presented at the conference, so at least one author must register. When the registration is completed, the author will receive a code which will be needed for uploading the camera ready materials.
4. Final Paper Submission
Camera ready materials will be uploaded to a proceedings preparation system that may be different from the submission system. More details on this will follow in due time. Authors should expect to interact with the proceedings editor after camera ready submission to address any issues related to formatting. These interactions will require fast turnaround so that the deadline for proceedings preparation can be met.
